All homes are new. All homes have three or four bedrooms and all are fully featured. All homes accommodate children. All homes have a full complement of appliances including a full size refrigerator with an ice maker, a full size washing machine and dryer. All homes have a screened patio and backyard and a two car garage. Many homes are located in communities that provide amenities some of which include a swimming pool, clubhouse, cabana, tennis, bike trails, golf, playgrounds, exercise rooms, restaurants, etc.

We offer a new quality home for rent in top communities with access to excellent schools. Some features common to all of our homes

	Every home is spotlessly clean
	Every home has three or four bedrooms
	Every home has a backyard and a screened patio
	Every home has a full complement of appliances, ceiling fans, electric garage door openers and window treatments.
	Every home may be rented for 1,2 or 3 years at the same rent. Custom leases are also available
	Special lease provisions for tenants who are planning to build or buy a home.
	Every home has a full service contract with either Service America or Home Tech covering all appliances, electrical, plumbing and air conditioning systems. Regular service, after hour service and emergency service is included.
	Any home may be rented for the first months rent and a security deposit equal to a months rent.
	Interest is paid on all security deposits.
	We are a local company renting homes in four Florida counties for over 20 years. All of the homes we rent are owned by us. We are not agents for out- of- town- owners.
	The homes we rent are not only very nice but they are always rented at the lowest possible rent. They are always the best rental value in Naples.

Are you interested in a boat slip?

Naples Harbour Yacht Club is a fist class yacht club and dry slip boat storage facility. It is located on the Gordon River that leads into Naples Bay and Rookery Bay Federal sanctuary and on to the 10,000 Island area of South West Florida. The Yacht club includes unlimited in and out service, 24 hour a day access to your vessel, on site gourmet deli, three story clubhouse and lounge, and gas food and beverages are provided at cost. Services include launching your vessel, filling up the gas tank, delivering food and beverages from the deli to your vessel iced down. At the end of the day your vessel is pressure cleaned with fresh water and salt-a-way then rinsed with soft water. Your engines are then flushed with fresh water.

Whether you use your boat for fishing, evening sunset cruising, visiting the various restaurants on Naples Bay, day tripping to the various beaches in the park or longer cruising to the Florida Keys, Naples Harbour Yacht Club should make your boating experience a pleasant one.

Naples Harbour Yacht Club is currently under construction and should be completed in approximately 12 month. We are currently accepting reservations for slips. Current availability and pricing are as follows:
